Finance


1. Organize group company finance, marketing, cost, investment and financing, budget accounting, financial analysis and supervision;

2. Responsible for daily financial management and supervision within the group.

3. Assist the leader to establish and improve the financial management system and related work procedures, formulate and manage the implementation of tax policies and plans.

4. Master the company's financial status, operating results and capital changes, and formulate or plan fund raising and capital operation plans.

5. Review the financing plan and organize its implementation after approval.

6. Organize the preparation of budgets, financial revenue and expenditure plans, cost and expense plans, credit plans, financial reports and accounting statements, etc.

7. Participate in major investment and financing decisions of the group, optimize capital structure and allocation.

Customer service


1. Answer customer calls, receive customer complaints, follow up and handle the results and feedback the results to customers in a timely manner, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the complaint handling, and be responsible for the handling of national complaints and returns.

2. Answer the company's 800 customer service hotline, track the effect of customers wearing our products, and make corresponding records.

3. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, maintain customer relationships, and improve customer service related work.

4. Assist customer service in various regions to deal with orders and customer complaints, and make relevant records.

5. Responsible for sorting out relevant information of the department and customers, customer orders and customer complaints records and filing them in time.

Personnel


1. Communicate recruitment needs with each business department and determine the company's annual recruitment and budget;

2. Establish and improve the company's recruitment channels, assist and implement the recruitment of business department personnel and optimize them;

3. Improve the recruitment process, establish candidate and recruitment related databases, analyze, evaluate and improve the recruitment effect;

4. Recruitment effect analysis and production and analysis of personnel reports such as employee turnover rate; build and optimize the training system, regularly investigate training needs, be responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans, develop corresponding training projects and implement them;
